I wanted to try to make a little story in this song, something I don't usually do. The lyrics were much longer and contained the line:

"my faithful drill is my virtuous gastrointestinal predator
unrelenting Macabre phallus
the great anal delights of Unconventional Intercourse
in a Cataleptic Paedophile's rectum"

In the end I decided this was just too over the top and cut it out.
The grotesque violence in the song was inspired by the writings of Poppy Z. Brite, especially the book "Exquisite Corpse." Another inspiration came from the film SCRAPBOOK by Eric Stanze.
